Questions about the price
What does "per property" mean?
You pay the plan price once for each property you connect. Five properties on Pro is five times twenty dollars a month. Routines and people are one pool for the whole group, and only the price multiplies.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no notice period. Stop whenever it stops being useful.
What happens when we add a property?
The plan covers a number of properties. When you reach it, Kept says so at the moment you add the next one and shows you the plan that covers it.
Do we pay for each person on the team?
No. Free is one person and Pro is five, and above that everybody on your team is included. Adding the night auditor never changes the bill.
Is there a limit on how much we use it?
Each plan carries a monthly allowance for the work the agent does. It is sized so that ordinary use never reaches it, and the billing screen shows what is left. Tell us what you plan to run and we will confirm the plan that fits.
